City of Kingsford Businesses, Organizations and Families:

The Kingsford Centennial Committee would like to inform every one of the pending Centennial Celebration for the City of Kingsford planned for August 3-5, 2023. In preparation of this historic event, the Committee is planning to publish a book outlining the city’s history during these first 100 years. The Committee is very interested in having a written history of businesses, organizations, and families along with photos that we may be able include in the publication.

Written historical information, preferably in Microsoft Word format and any scanned digital photographs that we may be allowed to use can be emailed to cityofkingsford100th@gmail.com attention “Centennial Book Committee”. Please include ownership information and dates of the photos. We will accept this information at your earliest convenience, but due to editing and process time, we would like to have this information no later than May 1, 2022.
