ENTRY FORM & RULES
PARADE DATE: SAT, AUGUST 5th, 2023.
By JUNE 21st, print out, complete and return with payment to Kingsford City Hall or Drop box after hours, please place in an envelope labeled Centennial Parade - ATTENTION Ashley Ellis.
ENTRY FEES: $50 for business, politician & community members. $30 for non-profit, church, organization & clubs.
Please make checks out to Kingsford Centennial Committee.
PLEASE NOTE: Entry fees are non-refundable.
We must receive both application & payment by the deadline or it will be considered a late entry.
* All entries received after 07/05/23 will pay $30 late fee, to be included.
** Absolutely NO entries will be accepted after 07/14/2023.
